On Target Special No1 - RAF Jets in Operation Iraqi Freedom by Andy Evans and Jon Freeman

First 'special' issue from a new publishing enterprise, this magazine-style book captures all the nose art and special markings applied to the RAF's assets involved in 'Operation Telic' in the spring of 2003. Aimed at the serious modeller, it contains dozens of superb line profile drawings depicting all the GR4s, F3s, Harriers, Canberras and Nimrods that carried some spectacular artwork and gives a potted history of each type's involvement in the conflict. Even if you're not a modeller it is an excellent record of the aircraft involved and invaluable reference material on what was a brief, but eventful chapter in the RAF's history. Plenty of f4 Aviation pics too!
